We ship via UPS and offer flat shipping rates.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.  We ship all of our online orders using UPS Ground unless expedited shipping is requested.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Tucker, GA. NOTE: orders received in our system will take 2-3 business days to process and ship. We do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Large orders may require additional time and will ship within 5-7 business days.

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States.

Returns and Damages:

We stand behind our products – If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return for a refund.  In addition all sale orders are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

If your order arrive damaged – Please email us at to start the claim process.


You may return your purchase within 7 days of delivery and all products must be in the condition you received.

  • Enclose a copy of the order receipt, packing slip, and/or invoice.
  • Returns must be packed well; we recommend using the original packing material or comparable material and insuring the return. Kaleidoscope Accessories is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  • The return may be denied if the item has been washed or worn, and a packing slip or receipt is required. Must be in resale condition, including all header cards and/or tags.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.  You may use any carrier to return the merchandise, however, we recommend one that has tracking capabilities.
  • Please note that it takes 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an e-mail from Kaleidoscope Accessories confirming this. We will credit for the product only once received.
  • You will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item. It can take 7 to 10 business days to be reflected through your original payment method.
  • All returns will only be credited to the original purchasing account.


We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment but accidents happen. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If you discover an item has a defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for replacement or credit.  All damages, defectives, or shortages must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise.  Refunds will not be issued after this time.

Depending on the nature of the damage, you will either need to return the item or safely dispose of it. This will be determined after communication with Kaleidoscope Accessories Customer Service. Please contact us at to begin the process.

Overnight and 2-Day Shipping:

If you select 2-Day or Overnight Shipping, we do not ship the same day.  All expedited orders ship the following business day and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.


Important shipping notice:

Please carefully check your shipping address for typos and missing information (ie, suite numbers, zip codes, street numbers). An incorrect or incomplete address will cause a problem with delivery and may result in your order being sent back to us as undeliverable. Orders received back as undeliverable will be processed as a return minus all freight charges and a restocking fee. Changes to the shipping address cannot be made once your order has shipped.


Payment Methods:

For your security, payments for all orders placed through this website are processed through Paypal, Stripe, or Apple Pay.   Kaleidoscope Accessories does not receive or store credit card numbers from any online transactions.


Privacy Policy:

We will not sell or share your information. We use SSL protection on our website. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. You may opt out of these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.


Product Information:

Actual product may vary slightly from pictures. Some of our products are hand-crafted and small imperfections are characteristic of hand-crafted designs.  Color may differ slightly from photos due to different monitor settings.


Cancellation Policy:

Customer is responsible for freight charges and a 15% restocking fee on orders cancelled after shipment.

We reserve the right to adjust content including prices, availability, product and specifications any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. This includes orders for product listed at the incorrect price.
