Order Policy

 

Minimum order $100. Minimum reorder $100.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Kaleidoscope Accessories. All prices are subject to change without notice. Kaleidoscope Accessories may adjust quantities to meet minimums. Product may differ slightly from picture.  All damages and defective items must be claimed within 7 days of receipt of order. Returns will not be accepted unless authorized in advance and must be received in its original packaging.  Refused orders will be assessed a 15% restocking fee plus freight charges.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tucker, Georgia. We currently ship to addresses within the United States. All shipping addresses must be deliverable via USPS or UPS. Shipping charges will be added to all invoices. Orders placed through our website are processed and shipped in 7-10 business days.

Important shipping notice: Please carefully check your shipping address for typos and missing information (ie, suite numbers, zip codes, street numbers). An incorrect or incomplete address will cause a problem with delivery and may result in your order being sent back to us as undeliverable. Orders received back as undeliverable will be processed as a return minus all freight charges and a restocking fee. Changes to the shipping address cannot be made once your order has shipped.

Back Order Policy

All backorders $25 and over will be shipped when product becomes available or otherwise specified by the customer.  Backorders are shipped at 50% off shipping charges.

Damage Policy

All damages, defectives, or shortages must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Credit will not be issued after this time.

Return Policy

Returns accepted only if pre-approved by Kaleidoscope Accessories. Returns must be received in the original packaging. Shop-worn or price tagged products are not eligible for return.  Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit for damaged or defective product is subject to inspection upon return.  Any damages must be reported no later than seven (7) business days following the receipt of the merchandise to qualify for credit

Cancellation Policy

 

Customer is responsible for freight charges and 15% restocking fee on orders cancelled OR refused after shipment.

Privacy Policy

We will not sell or share your information. We use SSL protection on our website. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. You may opt out of these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.
